resound networks,yet thosecharges have dropped so low thatthose cost savings are less dramatic.The cost of IP phones is anotherreason for the slow pace.The costof going VoIP is certainly a factorhere,since the price of newer IPphones will continue to be about25%higher tha n the traditionalal-ternative,Rosenberg says.VoIP never was and never will bethe least expensive way to delivervoice
